About the Design Ageement and How It All Works
O nce you decide that you want me to design or redesign your web site, the process begins.
- The Web Design Form is the beginning of the web site design process. This is where I take the information that you provide and send you my best estimate for the project.
- If you agree, all your requirements and requests are then written up in a Design Agreement for your review.
- The Design Agreement will contain all the details of your design including payment milestones. Nothing will be left out. If you want something specifically outlined in the agreement, please let me know.
- Once everything is agreed upon, the Design Agreement is signed and a 50% deposit is requested.
- Work begins.
- At each project milestone, I will place your website–in–progress at a location where you can view it online to see how it's shaping up. This will not be within your domain yet, however, it will give you the opportunity to see it as it progresses.
- You will have the opportunity to make any changes or suggestions along the way.
- Once completed and you are 100% satisfied, a final payment is made and the "hand–over" is done, the website is yours.
- Don't forget to check out my standard inclusions in all my designs.
About REFUNDS
I guarantee your full satisfaction or your money back. However, once work has already begun on any given project, there will be certain costs involved that are not refunded. It's only fair that I be paid for my time.
- Any website design that has been officially approved by you and work has already begun. You will be charged at the hourly rate per your Design Ageement, for any work that has already been completed. The rest will be refunded.
- If work has begun on any design and I've completed at least 1 revision for you. You will be charged at the hourly rate per your Design Ageement, for any work that has already been completed. The rest will be refunded.
- The above items are general items. Know that each website design project will have its own mutually agreed upon Terms and Conditions statement included within the Design Ageement.
- I feel this is very fair for all parties concerned. Project hours are logged and very detailed records are kept.

These Terms and Conditions may be modified at any time without notice. Please check back for changes.
