About REFUNDS

I guarantee your full satisfaction or your money back. However, once work has begun on any given project, there will be certain costs involved that are not refunded.

for Website Design

Any website design that has been officially approved by you and work has begun. You will be charged for any work that has already been completed at my hourly rate of $60. The rest will be refunded.
If work has begun on any design and I've completed at least 1 revision for you. You will be charged for any work that has already been completed at my hourly rate of $60. The rest will be refunded.
If the company closes down or changes their name or activities.
The above items are general items. Know that each website design project will have it's own mutually agreed upon Terms and Conditions statement included within the contract.
I feel this is very fair for all parties concerned. Project hours are logged and very strict records are kept.

for Website Logo Design

My Website Logo Designs are not only inexpensive but a real bargain when you think of the value it adds to your website. Please know that my rates are normally $60 per hour, and some logo designs with revisions can take up to 2 or more hours, which is why my Logo Services are such a bargain. But you need to understand that I must have these Terms and Conditions in order for me to get paid for my time.

Logo samples will be shown to you via a test web page. You can choose from there and then email me with any changes, edits, or comments. Let me know size, format, etc. that you require.
Full payment is required before any logo designs are actually sent to you.
Any logo design that has been officially approved by you. You already bought it.
If work has begun on any design and I've completed at least 1 revision for you, you've already bought it.
If the company closes down or changes their name or activities. It's still yours.
If I do not hear back from you for 30 days after I've made revisions to your logo. It's yours, but please contact me so I can send you the completed files.
I'll work with you, if there is some sort of problem, please let me know. I want you to be completely satisfied with my services.

Legal Rights Agreement for Logo Designs

Any logos created and designed by Diron Graphics & Web Design belong to you as long as you have paid for the service. You are free to register your logo under your name or trademark. I give all rights to you.

About Contracts and How It All Works

Once you decide that you want me to design or redesign your website, the process begins.

The Web Design Form is the beginning of the website design process. This is where I take the information that you provide and send you an estimate for the project.
All your requirements and requests are then written up in a Contract for your review.
The Contract will contain all the details of your design including payment milestones when needed. Nothing will be left out.
If you want something specifically outlined in the contract, please let me know.
Once everything is agreed upon, the Contract is signed and a 50% deposit is required. If this presents a problem, please let me know, I will work with you. Perhaps we can work out a payment plan.
Work begins.
At each project milestone, I will place your website–in–progress at a location where you can view it online to see how it's shaping up. This will not be within your domain yet, however, it will give you the opportunity to see it as it progresses.
At each milestone, you will have the opportunity to make any changes or suggestions.
Once completed and you are 100% satisfied, a final payment is made and the "hand–over" is done, the website is yours.
If you've purchased one of my Maintenance Plans, then I will perform updates and minor changes per your instructions.
